A lot of you may be concerned that the average smoothie has a lot of sugar in it from all of that fruit. If you are one of those people, look no further! We have several smoothies, including this one that are made with heart healthy veggies and still taste absolutely delicious!

Mix Together:

•1 cup chopped red cabbage

•1/2 red bell pepper

•1 roma tomato

•5 medium strawberries

•1/4 cup ice

•1/2 cup raspberries

•8 oz Pomegranate Amara

Method:

  1. Chop the cabbage and bell pepper into small chunks the blender can easily blend.
  2. Add ingredients to blender in order listed.
  3. Blend until smooth and creamy.
