The beet is very low in calories, saturated fat, and cholesterol. It contains potassium, phosphorous, magnesium, fiber, Vitamin C, manganese, and folate. Long list right? Cant beat that… no pun intended 😉 The beet mixed with a couple fruits, veggies and Maqui Berry Amara will get your day started off on the right foot!

Mix Together:

•2 chopped small beats

•3 carrots

•1 large cored apple

•1 large cored pear

•1 teaspoon freshly grated ginger root

•1/4 cup ice

•juice from 1/2 of a lemon

•8 oz Maqui Berry Amara

Method:

  1. Chop the beets, apple and pear into small chunks the blender can easily blend.
  2. Add ingredients to blender in order listed.
  3. Blend until smooth and creamy.
