You’ve undoubtedly heard of bullet proof coffee, so we through we would take it to the next level and started developing bullet proof smoothies. We hate to use the word ‘genius’ around the Amara offices, but after you’ve tasted some of these we think you’ll agree that that idea was just that — genius.

Mix Together:

•1 cup black coffee — chilled

•1 scoop vanilla protein powder (we prefer IMSOALPHA)

•1 frozen banana cut up

•2 tbsp Almond butter

•1/4 cup ice

 

Method:

  1. Chop the frozen banana into chunks.
  2. Cold brew the coffee with a french press OR make it the night before OR be lazy like us and just add ice to a hot pot.
  3. Add ingredients to blender in order listed.
  4. Blend until smooth and creamy.
